Acts 17:24-27
The God who made the world and everything in it is the Lord of heaven and earth and does not live in temples built by hands. And he is not served by human hands, as if he needed anything, because he himself gives all men life and breath and everything else. From one man he made every nation of men, that they should inhabit the whole earth; and he determined the times set for them and the exact places where they should live. God did this so that men would seek him and perhaps reach out for him and find him, though he is not far from each one of us. Acts 17:24-27

Well, that about sums it up for me! To keep in perspective who is in charge here, who has it all under His control, who it is that really gives my family all that we need, who it is that has me exactly where He wants me to be for the time being both physically and spiritually, and all for the purpose of His glory to be seen clearer. In these troubling times, it is God who has determined who, and why, and when we should be here. All for His glory. As I go about my busy day, let me remember that what he really wants is that I would seek Him. He is not far, if we would just slow down and look.
